Προβλημα με booking

Ακυρωθηκε η κρατηση μου για Ρωμη μεσω booking και μου ηρθε αυτο το email:
Due to serious health problems i am forced to temporarily close the business.
kindly contact the booking assistence service who will be happy to find you an accomodation solution equal or higher than the room you have chosen.
For the refund we inform you that we cannot process it directly on your credit card,
The correct procedure will be fast and safe to ask your banck service for a refund for lack of service.
We apologize for the inconvenience

Αυτο με το refund δεν το καταλαβα. Γιατι δεν μπορει να επιστραφει στην καρτα μου; Για δωστε μου καμια συμβουλη πριν επικοινωνησω με booking.

Μολις μιλησα με αυτο το τηλεφωνο και μονο που δεν πηγαμε παρεα στη Ρωμη να ψαξουμε για δωματιο. Εξυπηρετηση, ευγενεια και επαγγελματισμος που ακομα τσιμπιεμαι αν μιλαγα με AI ή ανθρωπο. Εν παση περιπτωσει αναμενω να με ενημερωσουν και σε περιπτωση που υπαρχει διαφορα στην τιμη προς τα πανω τα πληρωνει η Booking.
