Έχει κάνει κανείς από το site της SAS τη διαδικασία refund travel voucher; έληξε μόλις το voucher του ταξιδιού της Ισλανδίας, επικοινώνησα με την εταιρεία, μου είπαν να κάνω τη διαδικασία μέσω αυτού του link Voucher – Travel the World | SAS (flysas.com) αλλά δε βρίσκω άκρη, βάζω είτε τον αριθμό κράτησης είτε τον αριθμό του voucher στο check voucher balance και λέει the voucher is no longer active, χωρίς να προσφέρει την επιλογή επιστροφής των χρημάτων. Είχα μιλήσει με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών της ακατονόμαστης και τσέκαραν το voucher και μου είπαν να ζητήσω τα χρήματα μέσω της σελίδας αυτής μετά τη λήξη του (14/8). Πάσα βοήθεια/ιδέα ευπρόσδεκτη, τελευταίο βήμα να τους ξανακαλέσω.

Χαίρομαι πάντως ιδιαίτερα που έπεσε σε άλλα χέρια και όχι των Γερμανών γιατί θα καταντούσε μονοπώλιο η αγορά της Ευρώπης. Όχι ότι δεν είναι.

SAS reaches major milestone in SAS FORWARD – announces the winning consortium, including details of the transaction structure - SAS

As part of the transaction, SAS is intended to eventually join the SkyTeam Alliance (“SkyTeam”), of which Air France-KLM is a founding member, and exit the Star Alliance, subject to any relevant approvals and emergence from the chapter 11 process.

Following an agreement with the Investors on the final terms and conditions of the investment, including the future governance of the reorganized SAS, the confirmation and effectiveness of the Chapter 11 Plan will remain subject to various conditions precedent, including obtaining certain approvals, including from the U.S. Court, antitrust authorities, civil aviation authorities, the European Commission, and EFTA Surveillance Authority (as applicable), SAS leaving Star Alliance, the implementation of a Swedish Reorganization at the SAS AB level, and other customary conditions. There currently remains uncertainty in respect of satisfying such conditions and obtaining required approvals, as well as the terms and timing thereof (particularly in respect of the approval from the European Commission related to State aid and the participation by Denmark and Sweden in the restructuring process).

• Until we complete the transaction, we remain part of Star Alliance. You as a EuroBonus member will continue to enjoy your usual benefits when flying on our partner airlines, and you will be able to accrue and redeem points on Star Alliance partners - just like today. Award bookings with our partners remain valid.
• As a EuroBonus member, you can continue to accrue and redeem points on SAS and on non-air partners.
• Your status and benefits as a EuroBonus member when you fly with SAS will not be impacted.
